A beautiful example of a vintage retractable pencil with definite Art Deco lines! This yellow gold filled piece is unusual in that it is also extends in length for easier use and has a black barrel with incised chevron design. The top cap has a chased floral motif and overall is in very good condition although it does need a lead refill. Marked: Pat Sep 27.70. It measures 7.5 cm/3″ when retracted and 12.5 cm/5″ when fully extended.
